cladding being cleaned in Elmstead Market

Cladding Cleaning In Elmstead Market

October 16, 2026•1 min read

The Job

This property in Elmstead Market had developed noticeable green organic growth and weathering across its

light-coloured exterior cladding, leaving it looking tired and discoloured.

What We Did

CEC carried out a professional soft wash using PureSeal Max Clean Pro, a non-caustic exterior cleaner, with an added biocide treatment.

This allowed us to remove the visible dirt and organic growth while treating the surface to help inhibit regrowth.

The Result

A much brighter, cleaner exterior and a noticeable improvement to the overall appearance of the property.

The halfway photo really speaks for itself – showing the freshly cleaned cladding directly alongside the untreated area.
